Easy Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
At Lowla, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process.
Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Item Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and free from any odors, stains, marks, or pet hair. All tags and hygiene liners must be intact. Returns with visible signs of wear, including makeup, fibers, or perfume, will not be accepted.
Excluded Items: Items marked as final sale or those that are customized are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Returns for Purchases on Other Platforms: Items purchased on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, Shapes Secrets, Cata1og, or through authorized retail locations must be returned directly through those platforms. Lowla does not process returns or exchanges for items purchased outside of our official online store.
Return Process: You are responsible for ensuring that the returned items are securely packaged and sent back to us. Until we receive the items at our warehouse, they remain under your responsibility.
Processing Time: Once your package arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
Exchanges: If you wish to change the size, color, or style of an item, please contact us within the return period, and we’ll be happy to assist with any exchanges. Items must be in their original condition.
If there is a price difference between the purchased item and the new item, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional costs. For exchanges to a lower-priced item, a gift card will be issued for the difference.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take 7 to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund or a replacement.
Suspicious Activity: If we detect suspicious patterns, such as returning used items, excessive returns, or returning items that do not belong to Lowla, we reserve the right to deactivate the customer’s account and any associated accounts.
